Seven members strong, Submotion Orchestra know that teamwork makes the dream work. With two massive albums behind them, the purveyors of jazz-classical-dub-electronica are soothing fans with their 1968 EP. Introducing Ghost Culture's exciting debut EP 'Mouth', which is about to blow you away with beautifully enveloping, soul-prodding electronica. Pristinely produced, a song shimmering with lucid analogue soul and wholly sexy, "Mouth" sits somewhere between Depeche Mode and Deetron. Glistening with water-drop wonder, each element sparkles as the mid tempo groove develops with liquid grace. Reflective vocals fall delicately over the mild acid bubbles, complementing every slinky, purring twist and turn. For added measure there's also an instrumental which showcases the track's more naked beauty. Backed by 'Red Smoke'.

Taking the reins for the second edition are our co-founders and resident chuggers, Dar & Holten. They met a few years ago and immediately bonded over the love of the slower, weirder side of things, a mutual appreciation shared by Feargal got us all together and the rest is history.  

The lads sat down and recorded this one on the fly a few months ago, the only focus was to share some of the tunes they’ve both been feeling lately. The mix features labels and artists such as Optimo Music, Witness Protection Programme, Andrew Weatherall, Manfredas, Sound Metaphors and many more that have helped to inform and shape their musical tastes.
