And here is the second act! I originally only had the lead instruments switched up and the tempo increased as they are here, but I knew I had to give it just a little bit more to make it stand out from Act 1. This resulted in the weird blips and whatnots you'll find here.

Fun fact: The tempo increase comes from years ago when I thought the original Death Egg Act 2 got a slight increase, only to find out my ears had been tricking me and it had been going the same speed the entire time.

Sonic Triple Trouble - Robotnik Winter Zone (YM2612 + SN76489 Remix)

This one was requested by someone in the comments of one of the others. It was a change for sure, as I'm more used to working with FM-based tracks than tracked samples, but it was far easier to rip and handle as, luckily, there's an extractor that not only converts tracks to MIDI but packs the sample set used up into a handy soundfont too.

Amusingly, this was actually one of the easier ones to convert to Sonic Mania's invincibility theme. The main lead uses a variation of the same thing, for the most part, already. Copout? Maybe, but it works well, so I'm happy.

I did this while on a plane flying to the US. Good use of the time.
