Matt Spencer, aka Octopod, is a seasoned selector and budding producer. His "ghetto tribal" sound is well known in the Bay for its hypnotic grooves and dynamic live sessions. Octo's style is versatile - from peak-hour, high energy sets to sexy chill-out. Showcasing a progressive blend of bass music, his goal is simple:  To help you, the dancer, completely lose your shit. 

Octo's recent submission to the remix competition for Ben Sample's "Corporate" was selected as a winner, and he has also remixed for VNDMG, Le Moti, Fish Finger, Skulltrane, Caidance, Lotus Drops, and other Bay area electronic artists.
