Yasmin is a contemporary yet old school influenced vocalist based in Berlin. Her unique style draws from R'n'B and HipHop as well as her love for Roots Reggae, Dub and Jazz. She started writing lyrics at the early age of 13 and has performed in France, Germany, Switzerland and Mexico. She reflects on her experiences of growing up in between two cultures through music and art. Yasmins biggest musical idols are Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, Mos Def, Robert Glasper, J.Dilla and many more.
