Ayoub El Failali from Tétouan, Morocco , known by his stage name '''Phaylali''', is a Moroccan rapper, songwriter and producer. The rapper became known in 2014 with his first song "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" from the upcoming album , "D3IGB"
Born in Tétouan, Morocco, AFA was raised in Ichara, the most dangerous  neighborhood in Tétouan. he had a very hard childhood because of his fatness , he failed to suicide 7 times , after the seventh try AFA decided to give his life to the music and to become a new person , AFA started to write songs and to developed his personal style in rap at the age of 16 .
Currently he is a college student in the faculty of sciences economy in the Abdelmalek Essaâdi University
What makes him different from other rapper is his strange mentality and the power of creativity , he is trying to make a fusion between rap and all other genres , and you can see that soul of creativity in his song "happy birthday" in featuring with an opera young singer that's called yasmine karrouk , a song by 5 languages , and more than 7 different rhythms
Almost all of the people in his society don't care about the quality , All hey care about is the quantity while he is so different , he says that quantity gives products but quality gives masterpieces
That is why he used to search for another place to challenge real rappers , He participated in Coast2Coast Mixtapes where he got a place in 13 mixtapes between 169,571 american rappers ; the first mixtape was hosted by Cash Out ,
The second mixtape was about the hottest rapper in every state of america , and he came the first in state of Kentucky and took a place in 11 other mixtapes
he is also a verified rapper on Coast2coast and Genius.com , an MTV artist, he is the only rapper from tetouan on iTunes , Shazam , Deezer , The 61 , Bandcamp , Google Play and Spotify , But Also the Number 1 in all charts in Tetouan  since about a year according Reverbnation
he did a lot of unlinked things to build his cultural knowledge , but no one knows that Tetouan Gamer and AFA are the same person in addition that he is a webmaster , webdesigner , songwriter , singer , and worked for sites like ziddu and arabloads 
And he is the designer of his own website www.afamobius.ga
His song "Happy Birthday" is the first arabic rap opera song in the history ,the first song which Contains 4 languages beside arabic , and the first arabic song which Contains more than 7 rhythms
may all of that makes him as he is always saying , the only international rapper from tetouan
