Next up on the Mortimore roster is a newcomer by the name of XAVIER. Establishing himself in Naarm’s underground scene, XAVIER is eager to showcase his abilities as a solid selector in this mix he has delivered us.

Exploring the darker edge of hardgroove in this mix, artists such as Daria Kolosova and KI/KI inspire the aesthetic and energy of XAVIER’s sets. Having grown up with The Prodigy and citing X Club as one of his biggest production inspirations, XAVIER weaves the sounds of his favourite artists to create his own vision in both mixing and producing.

Be sure to check out his recent debut self-release on Soundcloud, titled “Scroll Behaviour”, merging textures of ambient music with dark grooves of techno, this track shows great promise for what is to come from XAVIER.

We premiere some new high-octane techno from Galway based up & comer DUPUY. The young producer serves up a blistering trance infused techno track that is hand-crafted for big stages.

We welcome Donegal native DUPUY to the Four Four Premiere series as he unleashes his latest no-hold-barred techno weapon. Best known for his DJ skills as apart of the duo Benson and Wedges, DUPUY has been making a name for himself, playing shows across Ireland.

The duo is hailed for their high-octane sets, which feeds into DUPUY’s vision for his fresh alias. Having frequently played across Donegal, Galway, and Vancouver the young DJ is well versed in what can ignite a dancefloor, and his DUPUY alias is dedicated to dancefloor destruction. His latest release is the perfect sonic embodiment of is his mission with DUPUY, hard-laced, euphoric and raw.

Frenergy comes racing in at a relentless 145bpm, and it’s got one goal, to pulverise dancefloors. It comes packed with powerful punchy stabs, driving basslines, and ethereal female vocals, making it a dystopian nightmare direct from G-Town. Taking inspiration from the Dutch and Scandavian scene, this track is a bursting with cathartic energy as it takes no prisoners from the word go.

Drogheda native Hunteryx Started his career a year ago he has been able to obtain shows in well renowned venues such as Earth Nightclub, CentrePoint, Bowlane and The Soundhouse. His artistic inspiration stems from the old school 90s/00s techno tracks, as well as hints of ghetto house and hardhouse. He has a flurry of self released tracks and label releases with the likes of Four Four Magazine. This is only the beginning for him as he has even more unreleased tracks yet to be released next year so keep an eye out for them! This mix is a deep dive into his library of groove - laced oldschool tracks, starting from 140bpm - 145bpm. With an array of loops and percussion this mix is set to be a truly captivating experience
