In a world where musical genres have seemingly disappeared behind EDM’s obvious rise to prominence, we bring you the second installation of Yellow Claw’s Amsterdam Trap Music series. Amsterdam Trap Music Vol. 2, Yellow Claw’s new EP out on Mad Decent July 22nd, allows the Dutch trio to explore fresh audio terrain as they combine their monstrous trap bangers with influences from all around the music scene. From jammin’ with Jamaican reggae king Beenie Man in “Dancehall Solider,” to soothing our ear drums with sultry R&B/Soul singer Lil’ Eddie in “Never Dies”, to even turning up with the Brick Squad master himself Waka Flocka in “Techno,” Yellow Claw have managed to convert any non-believer into a certified trap lord.
