Anthology (2015-2020) is a selection of b-sides, demos, lost projects and various other tracks that just couldn't find their way over the years. I recently took a break from writing new material to assemble this compilation as a thank you. An experimental ambient-leaning electronic album drawing influence from vaporwave and slushwave, built around warm, immersive synth textures and intentionally slow BPMs. The melodies and soundscapes evoke a shifting palette of emotion and introspection. Vocals alternate between pitched-down and natural delivery, layered with heavy delay and reverb. Hooks feature intricate rhyme and assonance schemes, adding lyrical depth to the atmospheric production.

On the cold and gloomy shores of Baltic - we used to record mostly unrushed, meditative music, resembling those same cloudy landscapes around our homeland.

This time we have rather something different, Daybreak re-introduces retrowave textures back to the Evocativ catalogue, which used to be there back in 2015. In a way, it also bridges the past catalogue with new ideas to be explored in upcoming releases in 2019.
