my name is Merlin Malone born & raised on the southside of Cleveland,ohio 103rd union is where I was raised.I was introdu
ced to music by the way of my uncle which was a legendary dj so it (music) was basically passed down to me at an early age so I was always listening to music wheather it was Hip/Hop R&B or my grandmother playing her gospel music throughout the day I was pretty good at reciting other rappers lines and my cousin who was a aspiring rapper himself at the time told me I should start rapping with little to no time I had relize I was able to write and recite my own verses I had to learn how to count bars which me or my cousin never knew but,luckly king oz(shoutout) put us up on game I would later on down the road rap with my cousin on various songs & singles on mixtapes he had his own group I was basically freelance so I would just rap whenever but I would then form a group with my childhood friend we were (GMC) after a few years I would form another group by the name of heavyset I wrote so much material but had no studio & I was broke so I couldn't record I had lost many notebooks & verses  I was at a crossroad for a few years I had a writers block for what seemed 2 to 3 years it was hard trying to come up with verses,the words were there but i couldn't put them together so I had a slight writers block but I started gaining inspiration back when I met my wife the kids had put that spark back in me to want to do this again because they were new too rapping & wanted to take a shot at it. I was back at it again and drop the second hand smoke mixtape & the rest was history 


what I wanna do is show the world is Cleveland has talent we're not the divided city that many believe we are it's really a lot of love out here for each & every one of us we just have to believe.
