Here's my remix of Slop Rock - The Bomb. The lads wanted a 140 bpm trap relick. I kept the bigroom vibe on the breakdown before stripping it back into some chunky 808 sub bass before introducing a detuned lead that will hopefully induce euphoria and turn you into Tiesto (if not physically, at least mentally and emotionally). A few other cool mixes by Matt Sofo and Djuro as well! Just in time for the summer festivities, hoorah.

The Remixes collection is a full-length re-imagination of "A Color Map of the Sun." Derek Vincent Smith – aka Pretty Lights – invited producers from a wide stylistic spectrum to remix the tracks from his latest album. Derek produced "A Color Map of the Sun" with no intention of having it be an album of dance floor bangers, but rather a collection of music that can be enjoyed anyplace, anytime, all the time.

These 'Remixes' are other artists’ interpretations of his compositions and self made vinyl samples. The tracks are mostly intended to be hard hitting, but they are also just very different. See the track list below for all artists involved in the Pretty Lights’ "A Color Map of the Sun Remixes."
