This song explains why I don't really like Berlin anymore.
In the 1970s and 1980s, at least in West Berlin, it was very
pleasant and exciting. In the meantime, however, almost everything has unfortunately run down,
it's all about profit and in the evening you should avoid certain areas of the city.
All of this is addressed in the song. I was inspired to write this song by the terrible riots on New Year's Eve 2022, where the police and even the fire brigade and paramedics were shot at with fireworks.

Oft regnet es herein, oh nein! 

Lehrermangel ist hier in Berlin ein riesiges Problem
und schlaue Dozenten an den Unis sind kaum noch zu sehen.

Nicht nur Silvester gibt es auf den Straßen Krieg,
nein, auch im Sommer, wenn man gemütlich im Freibad in der Sonne liegt.

An Silvester brennt die halbe Stadt,
und die Polizei kriegt Polenböller ab!

Berlin ist voll chaotisch,
und die meisten Leute hier sind echt neurotisch.
Fast alles funktioniert nicht mehr,
aber das interessiert die Regierenden nicht so sehr,
sagt zumindest der Berliner Bär. 

Die Mieten in Berlin, die explodieren,
und viele Menschen hungern oder frieren.

und die Politik wird fortlaufend naiver. (la la la)

Viele Parkplätze werden für Fahrradfahrer umgerüstet, (hoi!)
womit sich dann Bettina Jarasch als die Größte brüstet. (pfui!) 

Die letzte Wahl in Berlin ging voll daneben,
im Februar soll es dann aber angeblich tatsächlich genügend Wahlzettel geben. (oh ja!)

An Silvester brennt die halbe Stadt,
und die Notfall-Sanitäter kriegen Vogelschreck-Böller ab.

Berlin ist voll chaotisch,
und die meisten Leute hier sind echt neurotisch.
Die Jugendgruppen prügeln auf einander ein,
und junge Moslems trinken viel zu viel Wein.

Die Kriminalität nimmt stetig zu,
ich zieh’ auf’s Land, da hab’ ich meine Ruh’, Ruh’, Ruh’.

Viele Berliner sind sehr schlecht erzogen,
und vom Character her vollkommen verbogen.
Auch Sozialarbeiter können da nicht viel machen,
denn die Kunden werden sie einfach nur auslachen.

Was können wir denn nun wirklich tun,
damit die Berliner Bezirke wieder in sich ruh’n?
Lasst die Straftäter einfach nicht frei laufen,
die soll’n gefälligst ihr Bier im Gefängnis saufen!

Die Linden „Unter den Linden“ wurden schlecht gepflegt
und werden demnächst einfach abgesägt. (och ne!)

Alle Wohnungen in Berlin sind voll belegt,
doch nur die Mieter haben sich über die steigenden Mieten aufgeregt. (Pfui!)

Die schöne Deutschlandhalle wurde einfach platt gemacht,
und über den Denkmalschutz der Halle wurde einfach nur ganz blöd gelacht. (ha, ha, ha, ha)

Alle Ampelschaltungen in Berlin sind voll beschissen,
und die Wasserversorgung der Stadt hat Elon Mask mit Tesla an sich gerissen.

Serial music listener, at home, in the car. Lover of the eighties, mixing funk, groove, house quality, sounds that give rise to a need to want to be well and solve problems and take away sadness. Over time he has identified the musical genre that seems simple, but it isn’t.
