Since I discovered Soundcloud and the realms of music, I've come across plenty of amazing and talented friends.  I easily fall down the rabbit hole when it comes to the internet in general, and Soundcloud is arguably the biggest and easiest hole for me to fall into. It almost seems like no matter what, there is an infinite amount of unique sounds and good vibes all over the world, and they can be found at the touch of a button. 

One of my rabbit hole tumbling sessions led me to Lars Middelhede, otherwise known as Disfunctional Disco, a talented DJ from Copenhagen. He has been a prominent selector in their house scene for many years now. In the last year it was clear to me that our music journeys were leading in similar paths, so I had to have him on my LOST series.  I asked him what kind of journey he wanted to tell through music.... so he came back to me with the word INFINITY.  But what does that even mean? 

"I have always been fascinated by the concept, and somehow i think it represents what i feel about music quite accurate, the terms boundlessness, limitlessness often cross my mind when i listen to and think about music and sounds.

Infinity remains in the realm of the abstract. The human mind seems to have created the concept, yet can we even really picture what it looks like? it has driven many of our greatest minds to madness, it comes in different sizes, both large and small, which again, is hard to fathom. Is music infinite, is sound creation limitless ? Sometimes i feel it is, and i always try to make my mixes big, full of soundscapes and rhythms which makes the mind wander and spirit drift."
