What Is The People ✌️😎👌🔈🎶🎶🎶

In recent years I’ve focussed my energies on how to weave my love of hip hop, soul, liquid drum and bass, halftime, dubstep, glitch hop and psychedelic bass music into my DJ sets…in particular the subtleties of how to transition through different vibes and tempos but hold it down on the dance floor. 

I grew up immersed in underground music cultures and still choose to play on turntables via Serato Scratch live. I love to play a diversity of types of slots for different types of shows, providing me the opportunity to create audio narratives with music that sparks something in me. 

I’m super slack with updating online profiles and recording dj sets. Despite this I’ve enjoyed playing festivals such as Wide Open Space, Bushweek, Kuranda Roots, Coalescence, Zero DB and Earth Frequency. Since returning to Cairns I’ve received bookings from a variety of promoters, supporting artists such as  Kll Smth, Opiuo, Mad Zach, DubFX, Stickybuds, Jpod, Mr Bill, Defunk, R.O. and Vinja.

Music is the universal language that we all speak.
I  happened to find EDM a little later at 48 and it's changed my life in so many ways. Forever exploring new sounds that tickle my ears and make my body move. I appreciate it all, from funky beats to big drops and even some dirty dubstep but my weakness is Basshouse.  
 2025 has been a ton of fun and a whole lot of learning. I was honored to play at Rated Ultra, Friendzyfest and the Art of Sound
