"Really" is a leftfield electronic instrumental I made in the final days before a domestic violence incident that changed everything. It is the last song of the album and the relationship of seven adaptive years.

There are no lyrics here. Just ambient textures, downtempo pacing, and leftfield electronica tension. It doesn’t process pain. It precedes it, almost anticipating what’s to come.

Built on a foundation of lo-fi loops and intuitive mobile production, the track captures a moment of eerie calm. Created without conscious knowledge of the trauma ahead, it is still steeped in emotional weight.

It explores space, restraint, and discomfort using sound design to build a psychological atmosphere.

This is the sound of unspoken recognition. A shift. Once a symbol of safety, your buoy becomes the very weapon of your destruction. It evokes the sensation of holding your breath just a little too long.

tm d1000 working properly as a 0db limiter insert effect on the main desk's master bus. penne with the good sauce i know how to really bring that shit.  trick is to do your sauce in the oven, get your olive oil nice & hot, fry off your minced garlic, i add 3 capers per can of tomatoes at this point also.  u can add some red wine if you're goin w a red meat, lemon juice if you're doin fish, balsamico for your all purpose.  do this now cuz it reduces quickly and the flavour comes out.  plum tomatoes in, drain the juice away first (i drink it).  tear up basil leaves throw them in.  1 hr per can low and slow.  few other secrets im not telling hehe but trust me on this i am the sauce boss
