New Secret Weapon somehow magically formed on a make-shift stage in the campsite for KnockanStockan 2007. After several months of faffing about with their soon to be former bands they realised they couldn’t do without the intensity of the music that was created that magical night in Wicklow. They then embarked on a full scale assault on the Dublin music scene amassing a tally of hundreds of live shows. 

Never easily pigeonholed, New Secret Weapon’s  sound is as unique as it is intense. Punk/rock/prog/pop/psychedelia; Devoid of all gimmicks their music is written and performed with an honesty and integrity  that lend this album an importance not much seen anymore.
