Neovinyl label crew gets set to unleash the debut Ep of his brand new label called GOOD RATIO MUSIC. 

With a main concept offering intimate music only created by artists who try to find his very own course in creativity. This excited first release starts with "Money Ep" from Chasing Kurt, a newborn deephouse project from Gießen / Germany. Collaboration between Pascal Blanché, Wojtek Kutschke and Lukas Poloczek. Who wants to make music coming deeply from their feelings, simply emotions.

Include in this Ep we will find out two finest tracks titled Money and Reflecting Love, both track comes on like the perfect theme to the arrival of autumn. The tones are intospective, the groove is solid and stablished. "Money Ep" will surprise listeners with careful arrangements, specific groove and atmosphere. This time the remixing artists is our buddy Tom Ellis, who continues his search for the beauty on music. With this remix he delivers a highly hooking track, a beautiful piece of music we have heard in a while. Sort of deep mix that plays the contrast between a great ryhtmique and melodic vocals.

Leftroom continue a sterling run with the ʻThe Same Pageʼ EP, a three track collaborative project between Leftroom boss Matt Tolfrey and Chicagoʼs Kate Simko.

Both Matt Tolfrey and Kate Simko have formidable reputations within the modern dance music landscape. Tolfrey has become one of house musicʼs safest hands in recent years via an open minded attitude to DJing, on-point stewardship of Leftroom and increasingly frequent forays into the studio while Simko garners huge respect as one of the most forward thinking and talented guardianʼs of Chicagoʼs house music legacy, and thatʼs just one of the strings to her bow.

A true transatlantic collaboration, ʻThe Same Pageʼ was borne out of a instant studio chemistry between Tolfrey and Simko following a Chicago-based session just after the Detroit Movement Festival May 2011. After nine months of stolen sessions amongst the incredibly busy duoʼs touring schedules, ʻSame Pageʼ was finished in London earlier this year and the results have already given rise to chatter about live shows and longer-term projects.

Despite the all round skill sets these two producers possess, thereʼs a distinct breakdown in roles across the ʻSame Pageʼ EP. Tolfreyʼs sense of arrangement and adroit use of basslines meets Kateʼs superb keyboard and drum work throughout and Chicagoʼs jack meets Londonʼs moody elegance head on.

From the jazz-inflected futurism of lead cut ʻTake it Easyʼ, the discoid discordant funk and fluid progression of ʻLazy Bʼ and subtly dubbed, melancholic creep of ʻNo Shameʼ, ʻThe Same Pageʼ EP is shining example of contemporary house music. With Tolfreyʼs debut LP in progress and Kateʼs solo debut for Leftroom just around the corner, this is just a taster of things to come too.
