Philipp Rogmann (born 1976) has been producing a lot of different musical styles under his stage-name Prone. He comes from a background of Metal/Industrial on the one hand, and Hip Hop on the other hand. Dubstep and its different forms were the logical step in Prone's production career. The combination of heavy drum, distorted synthesizers and banging bass never let Prone go after producing his first tracks.

In the 90s, Prone was singer in the Metal-band CiC and in 2000 started writing and performing Hip Hop under the aliases Prone and Zero Tolerance before finding a home in the EDM-scene in 2009.

After collaborating with different artists from genres like Deep House, Techno, Hip Hop, Trip Hop, Dubstep, Electro, Post-Dubstep, Brostep, Drum'n'Bass and others, the first EP named "DOOMSDAY APATHY" is currently scheduled for release end of July 2012.

Prone also DJs in Hamburg, Germany, where he lives.
