Luego de su comentado regreso, en diciembre de 2012 en un emotivo show a sala llena en el Teatro Los Angeles, en donde se homenajeo a los inolvidables Adrian Otero & Emilio Villanueva, la banda comenzó a transitar un camino de presentaciones en capital y el conurbano, ademas de escapadas al interior del país.
Comandados por el legendario Daniel "Ruso" Beiserman, fundador y co-autor de todas las canciones de la banda, y con el aporte de Martin Luka, la nueva voz de La Blusera, quien toma la posta siendo un reconocido seguidor desde los comienzos de la historia de Memphis, a ellos se suman Gustavo Villegas, otro de la vieja guardia, quien ya había grabado en el primer disco "Alma bajo la lluvia", en el saxo el lugar lo ocupa Giuseppe Puopolo, otro amigo que ya había participado en varios shows en calidad de invitado.
La guitarra es propiedad de Jorge Fiasche, talentoso guitarrista de la zona oeste y la batería es para el benjamin de la banda, el joven Matias Pennisi.
Es en 2014 y luego de un año de presentaciones, donde la banda decide entrar a grabar, el estudio elegido es "El Cuzco" y el tecnico es Fabian Signori.
La grabación demando un año de intenso trabajo se tomo ese tiempo para poder sacar lo mejor del espíritu de Memphis, el disco se compone de 10 canciones, en su mayoria de autoría del tandem Beiserman-Luka,
Al sexteto estable se le suma una poderosa sección de vientos que incluye a:
Miguel Angel Tallarita y Christian Diaz en trompeta, Pablo Fortuna en saxo y Martin Laurino en trombon.
Ellos acompañan a Memphis en cada presentación en vivo.
La presentación de siempre deberá esperar hasta mayo de 2015, ya que la banda emprederá durante el verano una gira que los tendrá por varias ciudades de la Costa Atlántica.
El disco fue editado por el sello "Fonocal", empresa de la familia Calcagno que hace casi 30 años apoya la música nacional y rescata discos descatalogados de artistas locales.
Por ultimo, los que escuchen "Siempre", se encontraran con la historia misma de Memphis, ya que sus temas abarcan una recorrida por los sonidos de los 30 primeros años de la historia de la banda, cualquiera que los haya escuchado reconocerá fácilmente que el espíritude aquella vida de Memphis se encuentra intacto en este presente de Memphis.
