Rush London’s Head Honcho is Gary Richardson, AKA DJ (Francis Rich), who is a music producer, events planner & music enthusiast.

Rush is a house music club night based in London. Rush has worked with many of the industries top DJs and producers such as Rob Roar, Terry Farley, Russell Small, Brandon Block & Alex P, Jason Bye, Trevor Fung, The Dolly Rockers and Tenacious to name only a few. 

Our events and DJ sets run through all genera’s of House music from Techno and progressive all the way through the Balearic which helps us to engage with all different people from all over the globe sharing our love for House Music. 

You can always also catch us in the summer months throwing parties in Ibiza and along Spain’s Costa Del Sol.

I am a UK-based electronic music producer pushing the boundaries of rave, oldskool, and breakbeat culture. Drawing deep inspiration from the golden era of 90s underground dance music, my sound is a high-octane blend of fat kicks, raw breaks, heavy basslines, and nostalgic euphoria. 

I've carved a niche as a modern revivalist of classic UK rave energy. My music captures the essence of warehouse culture—gritty, emotional, and fiercely rhythmic—while using modern production techniques to deliver a fresh yet familiar sound. Whether it’s a rush of jungle drums or acid-tinged synths, I create tracks that resonate with both veteran ravers and a new generation of bass lovers.

I've got a deep knowledge of rave history, which brings that authenticity to every beat. With an ever-growing catalog and a strong presence in the digital underground, I aim to contribute towards the ever evolving landscape of break-driven electronic music.

I was heavily influenced in my teens by '90s oldskool rave and have been a sucker for a good piano line ever since. That passion evolved into a love for techno, leading me to DJ at countless free parties and illegal raves across the South East of the UK, playing on some of the region’s most iconic underground sound systems.

After stepping away from DJing for a number of years, I returned to music with a fresh focus—producing my own tracks. Since then, my productions have gained international recognition, with support from the likes of Carl Cox, Ricardo Villalobos, Floating Points, and others across the global electronic scene.

Framewerk have been long establishing an eclectic electronic style that defies genres yet maintains a deep distinctive atmosphere throughout all their music. With influences ranging from 70’s prog rock to 80’s electro, the duo both found a home in the UK acid house scene of the late 80’s and later joined together to form the group “Manhattan” during the mid-90’s progressive house era. These decades of dedicated development and unrelenting passion have kept Darren and Alec continuously at the forefront of the underground electronic music scene. Their work today as “Framewerk” showcases their diverse styles and innate abilities to create and share music that represents the best of the golden eras with a fresh, modern sound all their own.
Using their understanding of quality music to run their well-established imprint Capital Heaven, Framewerk continue to influence the industry with their unique perspective.

I have owned two turntables and a mixer since 1991 and have a vast vinyl collection stretching back to the early 80's. My 1st dabble in producing got 
 me a release on Global Music Records with Audio Acid Ride .(Available now from Beatport itunes Amazon,Spotify ect).I have also been signed to Cadillac records with a new e.p available October 2017 and two singles due out on Record Union mid December 2017.
I was lucky enough to experience the early UK acid house and rave scene in warehouses, fields and big tops before the music split off into different genres. House music has always been the root for me but my musical taste is varied through the whole dance scene. 
My 1st professional dj gig was in the  early 90,s  and went on to Dj and promote my own nights at Club Woodside Welham Green called Cupid Stunts .
 In summer 1994 I was off to Malia Greece with my records and managed to get a gig in a bar on the back of a mixtape . That soon led into a set at Starlight Club in which I played every night while there , same thing in 1995 and 96. I then worked in Faliraki Rhodes full time as a Dj in all the bars, pools, beach parties and clubs in 1997 and 98. Two years of mayhem .
Back in London I was resident Dj for Spoilt For Choice an offshoot of garage and house  big boys Pure Silk for 3 years .
A long stint locally in bars and clubs in and around St Albans was the score for 2000 onwards .
 I now currently co promote and Dj at our own night called "Olds Cool" where we play the very best classics across all genres .

Raindance held their first party in the September of 1989, which took place in a giant tent on a football pitch in Jenkins Lane, Barking. Whilst the party people travelling to our first event had to avoid Police roadblocks to get there, Raindance made dance music history with the first ever legally licensed all-night party, heralding the beginning of the licensed dance-party era, of which we, alongside the likes of Fantazia, chose to become a part of. 

Over the years Raindance have been one of the biggest champions of underground rave culture - we've held legendary parties all over the UK and Europe at venues such as fabric London, SeOne, Hammersmith Apollo, Camden Palace (Koko), Brixton Academy, The Coronet, Heaven, Bagleys and many more...
