The Oakland alt-pop duo was formed in 2017 by partners Fae Nageon de Lestang (violin/vocals) and Grant McLeod (drums/percussion). They combine lush violin-vocal loops, synths, electro-acoustic percussion, ambient nature samples, and visual art to create a playful yet sophisticated sound that dances outside the confines of modern pop.
