Nova Cheq has an extensive output centred around a passion for experimentalism. Grounded in a techno aesthetic revealed through his self-released album ‘High Priestess’ and EP ‘Avignon’, Nova Cheq has constructed a broad network of connections through pounding releases on Crash Victims, Never Decay, Jerry Horny and CARE4LIFE. However, Nova Cheq’s music cannot be limited to one genre as shown through his jungle- and dubstep-influenced release on Trax Haven and his track for the highly admirable Grief Into Rage compilation. In his EP for Gimme A Break, this Leeds-based producer contemplates music’s association with mental health. Through a combination of delicate synths, vocal manipulations and crunching breaks, Nova Cheq expresses the healing possibilities of creativity in an undeniably profound collection of music.

Berlin-based producer Nasty King Kurl entered the scene in 2017 and has continuously created a body of work that combines a myriad of influences with a skill for crafting character-filled yet devastatingly effective dancefloor cuts. His background is firmly rooted in modern hip hop and incorporates a lot of live elements into his performances. This feeds into his productions, mixing an often time hectic soundscape with pop sensibilities with a heavy dose of sampling. 

He has also ventured into creating his own label Nasty Enterprises where he is able to give the platform to producers who have the same likeminded approach. He admits it serves as playground for a more humorous approach to modern electronic music where the releases include collaborations from Kuno, Christopher Pau, Karma She, Shawn Cartier, Morwell and more.
