The Manic Brothers six track EP begins with ‘Praying Mantis’; a deep techno offering using a swelling bass line that rumbles under the track whilst the distinctive synth phrase shifts the groove of the track. ‘Voices’ huge hypnotic stabs generate a late night dub that uses sparse percussion and interesting delay effects to mesmerise the crowd. ‘Life After Life’ is a more euphoric and delicate take on techno and uses subtle percussion and melodies to create an ethereal felt track. Using a more industrial style of techno, ‘Hidden History’ includes lots of snare rolls and a stab that is infectious whilst rolling over a heavy kick drum. ‘Introduction’ is a long player and takes it time to slowly build synth melodies and stabs that morph into an unbelievable record. ‘Morning Mass’ rounds off the EP using an unusual rhythmic instrument and beautiful synth pads to create a record that leaves you wanting more.

Sweden&#8217;s influence on modern Techno can never be overrated. Over the past twenty years the ever growing band of dedicated artists emerging from the country have each played a huge part in the global growth and development of the sound. Stockholm&#8217;s Joel Mull is one of the key and original members of the country&#8217;s musical militia. Known for his dynamic and often marathon DJ sets and his impressive releases for the likes of Music Man, Cocoon, Kanzleramt and Drumcode, the DJ/Producer is steeped in Techno history. Today though he again proves his eyes, and ears, are looking firmly to future with his latest work and debut release for Nicole Moudaber&#8217;s MOOD imprint. 

The Three track Wind It Up EP again highlights Joel&#8217;s love and skill for crafting atmospheric and harmonic techno. The Waiting&#8217;s powerful kick drum is governed by its beautifully intergalactic breakdown, before Wind It Up&#8217;s marching groove is bathed in swirling synths. The EP is closed by the industrial roller Geodesi, with its ethereal guitar riff.

Stephan Hinz is back for his second release on Second State and this time he's flying solo with his Throwl EP. 

These are two massive dance floor tunes that will surely find their way into every room scenario for the foreseeable future.

For the flip side, Hinz goes peak time psychedelic with 'Ignite'. 
A big kick drum and tight hat lock the groove while a single note and pulsing pad build the tension until the main element reveals itself as just a few notes stuck in a warm, dizzying loop. As the lead intensifies, its repetition becomes increasingly hypnotic and the bass kicks back in. From here it's all eyes closed and all hands in the air.

The Slovenian powerhouse known as LxS makes his phobiq debut and &#8220;Feed The Cat&#8221; kicks things off with a steamrolling rhythm section and otherworldly synths slapped over a tougher-than-though bassline. The title track is up next, offering a bit more bounce and picking up momentum, as the ever-rising arrangement transforms the affair into a climactic, chromed-out ride. On &#8220;Distant Drums&#8221;, the frantic programming keeps everyone on their toes, letting off-kilter samples take center stage alongside menacing stabs. Closing up, we have the low-end heavy &#8220;Soul Fever&#8221;, based on percussive elements once again, while busy cymbals add fuel to the fire.

Christian Cambas is back and celebrates his return with an original track on one of his favorite labels.&nbsp; 
Keeping things totally subliminal with a haunting melody and an apocryphal vocal snippet, we are kept locked in via the pulsating bass and commanding synths that seem to have been programmed in some kind of dismal future.&nbsp; 

A remix from label boss T78 was essential to this release, and the original has been completely flipped on its head, with a big surprise halfway through, as only he knows how. Another brother-in-arms from the other side of the pond is up next, and of course we are talking about Durtysoxxx who based his version on the synth progressions and provided the heads-down vibe of the package.&nbsp; 
UK duo Drumsauw seal the deal with a spacious mix, letting their rendition breathe effortlessly while keeping the production crystal clear.

Sevenego started her career in 2014, after pursuing a DJ school in Bucharest.
In 2015 she had an important career boost after beeing selected out of thousands of applicants to participate to a global DJ  competition, Burn Residency, and chosen to represent  Romania in the Bootcamp that took place in Ibiza.
Since then she got to play festivals, private parties and event launches, while perfecting her skiils and sound and refining a style that blends techno and tech house, with glimpses of deep house and minimal drawing inspiration from the likes of Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber, Luciano, Emanuel Satie, Pan-Pot, Nakadia.
