this is my very first independent release as KVLEB! this is a bit more alternative-electronic, which is why i didn't release it under the Auraspire Audio imprint like i usually do with my EDM/melodic bass releases (hence the lack of an Auraspire logo on the cover art).

- YAP SESSION -
was meant to be a follow-up to "please come back". i actually finished this in may and was planning to release it, and then a week later my computer went kaputt so i couldn't release it. but the neat thing is, i've already had all of my samples and project files backed up on an external hard drive so i wasn't completely screwed over when i moved to a temporary computer a month ago, and now i get to share this with you :D

oh and for no particular reason at all i'm absolutely obsessed with the ending, gives me this really nostalgic feeling

haven't quite figured out the secret to life yet

for this one i wanted to focus less on sound design and composition, and more on expressions. fumbled this one so hard, but i was well behind on my schedule so i needed to put something out 🤷‍♂️

remeo - latin for "to return" or "finding a way"
this song is about finding your way home, hence the title

“Ghost of My Old Life” is a track inspired by mental-health awareness . A reflection on letting the negativity of the past fade away while you continue to grow, fight, and become stronger. It’s about burying the weight of who you used to be and stepping forward with purpose.

I’m really excited to release my first original track. I’ve been putting a lot of work into music production lately instead of mixes, and there’s much more on the way, including a full mix made entirely of my own tracks. Make sure to follow for updates, teasers, and future releases.
