Enjoy this beautiful set from one of our favorite artists, Segue from Vancouver, Canada including one of his brand new productions! 

Segue is Jordan Sauer from Vancouver, Canada, who has produced music as Segue since 2006. Segue's draws inspiration from a wide range of musical influences and his early years studying classical violin, and his productions take dub-electronic in a more melodic, uplifting direction than the genre is typically known for. With each composition, Segue transports the listener to lush green forest landscapes, bucolic mountain vistas, and deep blue tropical island scenes. He has released several albums, EP’s and collaborations, and is looking forward to his third LP, 'The Island,' out on Silent Season summer 2019.

Микс для казанской тусовки BNF, которая без малого десяток лет с маниакальным упорством проводит в столице Татарстана разнокалиберные музыкальные мероприятия. Признаюсь, при записи этого микса я не избежал ориентации на вкусы предводителя BNF Вагиза — в результате получилась даб-техно компиляция в лайтовом варианте этого, давно ставшим классическим, жанра.

I made a recording of code-named «Academic hour» vinyl only mix for Kazan based underground movement called BNF which has been for almost ten years responsible for different sorts of music events in the Republic Of Tatarstan. 

I must say that whilst coming up with an idea behind my mix i could not avoid taking into consideration  music passion of BNF's key player Vagiz. As a result i mixed rather ethereal compilation of dub-techno genre which in my mind has long ago become classic.

Vinyl only-Mix für eine Veranstalter-Coalition aus Kazan’ namens BNF. Diese Guys organisieren beinahe zehn Jahre unterschiedliche Events in der Hauptstadt der Republik Tatarstan. Ich muss ehrlich sein, in dieser Kompilation orientierte ich mich auf den Geschmack des Anführers BNF’s Vagiz — als Ergebnis kam eine Chill orientierte Dub-Techno Mischung.
