Somewhat like my productions, this mix is a bit all over the place genre wise. I went for pure dancefloor energy with this one, which was probably as a result of me still riding the high of some amazing gigs post - lifting of restrictions in Irish clubs. It’s packed with forthcoming tracks from myself that will mostly be making appearances at different points this year, and some tracks from the lobster crew too. Whether you’re listening on the bus, during work, or at an afters - play it loud!

"Still not ready to leave the ease of summer behind. That's why I recorded a mix that holds on to this lightness: easy vibes, no hasty mixing, just some sweet time chilling."

DJ Frank is a resident at the infamous Mauke Club (@mauke_club) in Wuppertal. Here she began her journey as a discjockey and from here she is constantly evolving. 
This year she started the event series "Prude" with her friends "Maruhni" (@maren-bcker) and "Paradoxx"(@user-658337657). Goal of this project is to shift boundaries and create a network with special attention to FLINTA*people, where they can also give dj-workshops and open a gate for more people. They want to empower and have fun!
"Because that's what it's all about. To come together and share a passion for music and have fun!"
That's what you can hear in DJ Frank's sets, she moves between different genres and styles and is able to express the feeling of her present moment by also catching the vibe of the crowd. 
Most often you can hear her play electro, breaks and acid. Sometimes more bouncy and bassy and sometimes more rough and sraight. 
This time you get a sweet headnoding electro and breaks mix. 

Cute Side Fact:
Saturday exactly one year ago, she played her first solo club gig at the "Precéy" Party at Jaki in Cologne.

The Local Selection Mix returns this week with Fuaim resident and co-founder Becky. The young selector has provided an hour long mix showcasing her broad palette and knowledge for low end submerged dance music far beyond her years.

Becky is best known for her work with her collective Fuaim who she co-founded alongside Feargal O’Connell, Sean Murphy & Sean Andrews. The crew of young DJs host a monthly show on DDR as well as their Fuaim Mix Series and hosting parties across Tengu & The Bernard Shaw.

Having recently made her debut supporting Sharda, DJ Heartstring and local stars such as Dylan Forbes & Síofra, she is swiftly making a name for herself in the Irish music community. Her sets create a speedy blend through a variety of genres, often incorporating bass, breaks, garage, progressive house & everything in between.

Becky is quickly becoming one of Dublin’s fastest rising star’s, as the youngster holds no qualms in being feverishly diverse in her output. Her commitment to heterogeneity show’s a maturity for a DJ who has not fully flexed her technicality on the club circuit, but her late night appearances thus far have give dancers a taste of bass heavy stories that are yet to be told.

Becky’s contribution to the Four Four Local Selection Mix is a slippery ride through alien territories and trembling bass heavy manoeuvres. Slick two-step grooves, meet squelching electro rhythms and blissful trance soaked cuts for an amalgamation of everything glossy, gritty and profoundly bouncy. This is a seriously impressive mix from one of the most promising young DJs in Dublin right now.
