Shaped by backgrounds in punk rock and electronic music, the distinctive sound of the Paris duo Leroy Se Meurt, is abrasive, rash and hypnotic. In the future they will apear on the next Italo Moderni V/A Modernation Vol. 4 and Soil Records. The announcement of an album that they are working on since 2021 will be also on the light during this year. The next two months they will be playing in France, Switzerland, Spain and Belgium. In the following recording enjoy them leading us to a music trip blending EBM and punk stuff that they like, reflecting their style.

Vinilette is an electronic music artist with a past in radio, broadcasting, writing for music magazines and curation in her hometown of Barcelona and Berlin. After concentrating on numerous styles her mission became to combine different influences - coming from the electronics of the 80’s and 90’s - in DJing and production, with a taste for the raw, obscure and old school sounds. Her obsession with the unknown, searchs to challenge the listener and herself rather than fulfill expectations.
Vinilette has released EP's, compilations, remixes and edits on labels like In The Dark Again, Frigio Records, Italo Moderni, Maxima Culpa, Monika Enterprise & Fill-Lex records.

Active in various scenes since the 90’s, from days as a grafitti artist, to the emergence of techno in Europe and buying his first Akai 950 and Atari ST-1040, Milan-based Andrea Riberti is a live artist and producer with his roots cemented in early rave culture, drawing from the wake of Post Punk, Industrial and Body Music. As a project, Unconscious surfaced in 2013 to further experiment within electronic music, acting as an outlet to communicate raw, post-industrial sounds.
His live and hybrid performances are aimed at the fully body, moving dancefloors with a charged and sonorous strain of dark electronics operating on the fringes of body techno, acid, wave and italo.

Premiere: REKA ‘Purge’

Mike Parker, you would assume, is a perfectionist. His techno is meticulous, his grooves as hypnotic as any. Over the course of two decades he has honed in on his vision with ever increasing accuracy. He manages to get huge amounts of detail into his tunes that elevates them above purely functional material and lands him on labels like Semantica, Prologue and Tresor in both EP and LP format. 

The American is just as deep and powerful as a DJ, even without the use of kick drums. And that’s the path he follows over the course of one absorbing hour here, laying out a cinematic journey into space that is propelled by ambient synths and sci-fi motifs that set real scenes and have a real sense of narrative. At times it is blissful, at others more unnerving, but rarely will you hear an ambient mix as coherent and compelling as this.

Liquid Drop Groove Records is bringing to you a fresh mix by NESS.

Ness is a dj and producer born and raised in Sardinia, acknowledged for his style over a decade of music with a background in sound engineering and many years of research and fine-tuning. He gradually developed a distinct technique with a strong focus on atmosphere combined with hypnotic rhythms. Having performed in some of the most relevant clubs and festivals around the globe, he steadily releases music and collaborates with several renowned techno labels within the scene. With experience as label manager through the years with partnership on Mono Records and The Gods Planet, he later established his spin off project label Ness Reworks in 2018. Ness music and dj set are well accepted and defined as an exploration of wide range of deep hypnotic techno and ambient soundscapes.
