The Baker ha estado haciendo selecciones increíbles con tintes de bass, UK, dub y reggae con melodías pop que lo han llevado al punto de presentarnos su 'Choque Profundo', donde honra los frecuentes cambios de humor y sentimientos relativos, canalizando en el lado A un sonido centrado en el reggae y la pista de baile con una onda retro e intrépida que desata una mezcla paralela y profunda de ritmos.

El lado B hace alarde de una paleta de sonido completamente diferente, ofreciendo una combinación de poli ritmos que chocan y te invitan a cerrar los ojos y entregarte a un frenesí que te hace vibrar el pecho.

Ulterior Motive inaugurate their Black Label series with a fresh cut from DJ Persuasion, paired with a mind-bending remix from the mighty Digital (Function Records).

Inspired by one of the best-loved horror movies of all time, Danny ‘25 picks up where countless other hardcore renditions which sample the horror genre have left off. The lore surrounding the film which the track is based on is something of a maze in itself. Persuasion digs deep into the legacy of the film and its offshoots to provide a fitting tribute set to bulldozer bass and lightning drums.

Function Records’ owner Digital provides the remix on the flip. Digital should need no introduction — he’s been behind some of the best-loved drum & bass tracks of all time: tunes like Deadline, Down Under, and Phantom Force alongside Duncan Busto aka Spirit, who sadly passed away.
Digital rolls it out in his time-honoured fashion and takes the levels of fear and dancefloor destruction up a notch.

This track was inspired by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto's (Evangelion artist) concept art "Suzuka 2050", wich depicts a futuristic racing cybergirl. I'm a huge fan of his art, and this gave me crazy wipeout vibes. 
This is pure 90's Intelligent DnB, wich you can also call Ambient or Atmospheric Jungle...

Here is the first studio DJ mix i ever did in 1992. It a selection Rave, Hardcore and some very early Jungle music. It came out on cassette tape as part of a small series released on the Circus Warp label. Circus Warp was a collective of traveler's infamous for throwing (the now) legendary free party's in and around the south west of England in the early 1990's. I was a young 19 year old DJ looking for anywhere i could be heard and these are the rave's were where i got to cut my teeth and play to a diverse and highly open minded crowd. Massive respect to the Circus Warp, all the other free party crews and anyone who reached any of the free raves.
