With a history stretching back to the late 80’s, Bubbling is Holland’s seminal expression of afro-diasporic music which started with Dancehall records being played at the wrong speed, and ended up in a vibrant cultural movement. As a child born into a community of Bubbling DJ’s, De Shuurman (@godfulleffect) was destined for greatness, and is now rightfully regarded as a legend in the scene.
