It is generally recognized that the spoken word has a relatively deep power in people's minds, both positively and negatively.

When a sick person hears words of encouragement, a new strength seems to take over his soul, giving him more optimism and security in an imminent recovery.

That is why everyone should be very careful about everything that enters their ears and especially what comes out of their mouths.

The word mantra means sound and where there is a vibration, there is bound to be a sound.
So that means, the whole existence is a kind of sound, or a complex amalgamation of sounds, or the whole existence is an amalgamation of multiple mantras.

Of these, a few mantras or a few sounds have been identified, which could be like keys.
If you use them in a certain way, they become a key to open up a different dimension of life and experience within you. So, every mantra activates a particular kind of energy in a different part of the body.
But without the necessary awareness, just merely repeating the sound, will only bring dullness to the mind. Any repetition of the sound always makes your mind dull. Only when it is done with proper awareness and with an exact understanding of what it is, a mantra could be a very powerful tool.

Some of those mantras have remained until today, thanks to the Mystery Schools which have managed to keep something of that sacred language spoken by the Ancestors, in the form of divine names and mysterious words.

That's why those same Initiates, mainly Hindus, Tibetans and Mayans, emphasize the idea that our body and soul are the result of a Cosmic Alphabet and that each phoneme vibrates in certain regions of the organism, acting therapeutically and magically on the individual.

In other words, we are a musical instrument that should vibrate with the most tremendous cosmic melodies.
