The Lyra 8 is a very special synthesizer with an awesome direct modulation capacity.

Using the slope as an oscillator, one can tweak the size of the cycle to change the relative pitch compared to the original osc. By doing this, it gives the impression of two instruments playing separately.

0-coast is sequenced by wogglebug (w manual & automatic intervention via attenuators & quantizer) & branches for cv & gate respectively, slow LFO from maths opening the decay on 0-coast while decreasing the probability of gates from branches.  drone is 4xSTOs w/ their shapes being modified by E102 & the shaped outputs mixed thru QMMG.  erbeverb, phonogene & strymon el capistan on aux sends

Midi note control still works on the Make Noise 0Coast that is patched to a classic Krell patch. Little bit melodic and little bit chaotic.... just the way I like it.

Just an improvisation on the wonderful SOMA Lyra-8. Added a slightly amount of reverb and did some compression (some may say it is overcompressed, and they are probably right. Not to mention SC is also doing some compression/ limiting) on the master. Enjoy
