Tech titans Piemont are back with part 2 of their Selective Air compilation, this time serving up four more of their majestic club cuts. 

'Air Rider 2000', featured today, is first and has a spooky late night vibe thanks to the lead synth line that sucks you in. Reflective Soul is deeper and darker, with a moody pad lingering in the air above textured stabs and icy hi hats. It’s a spaced out cut for the dead of night and The random then has synths stepping up and down the sequence and taking you with it. It's inventive stuff with plenty of musical charm before the closer, 'Selfish Prayer II', keeps you locked in suspense with gorgeous watery keys and a soul infused vocal.

These are four more house tracks with their own sense of style and plenty of fresh ideas.

Called Midnight Drive, this is a deep and warm house track with rolling drums and lush synths. They bring a real late night feel and sink you into a reverie that is brimming with subtle emotions.

ABOUT:

In 2019 Frederic left the project.

German duo Piemont has proven itself to be an absolute production power-house over the last decade. Made up of long-time friends Frederic and Chris, the pair first decided to hook up and make music together back in 2007 and, since then, have gone on to establish themselves as one of the foremost partnerships in techno and have been releasing Music on acclaimed labels like Monaberry, Lapsus Music, Glasgow Underground, Exploited and Toolroom. 

In 2017 they started their own label 'Moonless Air' with the aim of creating a place of creativity for Piemont's own sound.
