Piero Brunetti  grew up with a passion for music and began his career as a solo artist.
He released his first single, Come Stai, in 1988 on the German label BMP Records.
In 1990, he went to Hamburg to study music composition and production at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater.
He was signed to the music label Polydor as an author and composer during this time.
In 1994, he released a techno track called Noom9, which was a club hit across Europe under the name Acido by Tandú.
In 1995, he founded the Eurodance project Taboo and released the successful single I Dream of You Tonight.
In 1996, he released another successful single, Another World, as DJ Pierro. This single combined the popular dance trance sound with saxophone sounds.
He also worked as a producer and co-author on the song Oh La La La, which became a worldwide club hit and a No. 1 Hit in Spain and Italy and in UK Top 10. 
He continued to work as a DJ and producer through the 2000s, and took a break from the music industry in 2007.
He is now back to producing and creating new music.
