“Floating Waves” is the latest Quiet Expanse (new age/neoclassical/spiritual) release from Canadian based/South African born & US based multi-instrumentalist/producers Jim Gelcer and David Vito Gregoli. The peaceful & inspiring piece begins with gentle pulsing synths that continue, as a plaintive Indian esraj enters, slowly unfolding its haunting melody. As the intensity builds, a choir joins.

“Oh Well” is the first single off my upcoming project I've poured my soul into. It’s a song about finally letting go of the pressure to be who everyone else wants you to be, and learning to be okay with who you actually are. 

I got to work with Ouse on this, whose music I've admired for a long time. His voice carries this quiet pain that fit so naturally with the message of the track. We blended that with my Alt R&B roots, some pop melodies, and electronic textures to try and capture something that felt raw but still beautiful with prod by Zaq Sawyer Coffey.

"Hello Sun!" featuring Christen Cooper is part of a 12 songs album called "MOC Mixtape" to benefit Musicians On Call.

I’m a big fan of Musicians On Call and the work they do to bring live bedside performances to hospital patients. Earlier this year, I thought an album of original music would be a cool way to honor and celebrate their effort.

The result is “MOC Mixtape”. The songs were selected as something you might hear at a Musicians On Call shift: bright, uplifting, positive, supportive. All revenue from “MOC Mixtape” goes directly to Musicians On Call to help continue their mission.

Hello Sun! (feat. Christen Cooper)

De Genève, Suisse, Pierre-André Baumann est un musicien autodidacte, batteur, polyinstrumentiste.
Après avoir joué durant de nombreuses années dans des formations locales et touché à plusieurs styles de musique, il s'initie à la composition, au travail des arrangements et à l'ingénierie du son, tout en pratiquant différents autres instruments.
En  2019 il sort le premier album "LIBRE" pour lequel il collabore avec le trompettiste Charlie Moussoux. Le style est un mélange de funk-rock indé progressif. Sur le second disque "POSITIVE" sorti en 2020, il signe un album solo de musique instrumentale, toujours dans le style rock progressif. Le troisième opus "UNISSON" paru en 2021 est plus climatique, agrémenté de sonorités exotiques. "NEW PROJECT " un EP de quatre titres aux accents résolument funk vient conclure l'année 2023. Fin janvier 2024 un nouveau EP, “MUSIC 4 DANCE” voit le jour, qui annonce un changement de genre en s'attaquant à la musique de danse, prémisse à un album sorti en juillet 2024, intitulé “LET'S DANCE THE NIGHT TOGETHER”. 
La prochaine sortie prévue le 1er janvier 2025 est un remix de l'album "UNISSON ", réarrangé et remastérisé, et agrémenté de nouvelles parties de basse, trompette et guitare.
