Not Afraid

This one came out of the ether!
I was experimenting with different sounds from the 808 style drum machine, to combining synth's, electric guitar, ambient cello, violin and percussion together to create this piece. I was struggling with what to name it but because it got progressively heavier towards the end, heavy rain felt apt.
Guitar used - Yamaha Revstar Standard loaded with P90 pickups, played through my Line 6 HX Stomp.

This is the final result of our new collaboration and another musical journey to which we invite you. There has already been an expedition into space and into the depths of the ocean. Now it's time for a night journey along the highway in the moonlight. This is a long journey where getting to the destination is paramount. We hope we were able to create this mood. Pieter Rotthier - Belgian artist, based in Antwerp. He produces electronic music, a blend of techno, house, ambient and experimental electronics. His music has often a darker or more melancholic vibe, often mixing synths with more organic sounds like piano, strings and brass. It is danceable, but it also serves as a soundtrack for movies, that yet have to be made.

Quick on the drawing is also a visual artist, making drawings (hence the name), paintings and illustrations. The artwork of the tracks are exclusively made by Quick on the drawing.
