Asymmetric Leap

You're walking up a mound of snow-soaked trash covering the ground. It's early in the morning but you've been at this for 2 hours now, footsteps are getting heavier as your internalization of the world weighs you down. Gotta keep going. Eventually you see the lights as you crest another mount and allow yourself a moment's rest, you take a quick few breaths; too many would allow you to quit, something you cannot afford. The launch off in the distance gives you some determination, and that same makes the remaining 10 miles of the journey staggered, but consistently easier than what you've experienced so far. 

At least that's what I was imagining when I sat down to write this over a year ago. I initially had a huge amount of issues exporting the track from Cakewalk so I didn't touch it for a super long time, but today I decided to suck it up and finish the damn thing.

I wrote a song playing piano and guitar simultaneously. It was super fun and this is the result!

left hand does pull-ons and and pull-offs on guitar while right hand is playing upper keys. Harmonics are played with the right hand setting up enough time for the left hand to get in position to play the lower keys.
