I have a language here, you might have to lag for ages, but think about the song names and try to construct a world of those metaphysical and philosophical and horrorly comical ideas. 

Think about a story, it's hard for me, but that's why I have to try it. The 4dtragonometry has a basis for the world. And after constructing it you can try to jump in it. Just be careful not to flip out too much.

It's a scifi-meme-wolrd where I sometimes go. Punchy memes and scifibasis are enough for me, sometimes it's too much for me but that's when I have to sleep. Rememeber to eat and sleep. Even if the food seems disgusting. And the bed wants to be alone. It's sometimes hard but you're not alone. Try to get a mindset where forgetting is easy. But only forget the things that should be forgotten. You can experience them again then or never.

So, in general terms it might be good for your self-esteem to think that you're somekind of metaphysical supercreature and you can do things that seem impossible. You're a superhuman. You might not know it yet but it'll turn out to be true.

..And consciousness, yeah, it's everywhere. Existence is like watching TV that fits all your needs, the bad things turn out to be necessary for good things to happen and feel like them. It's a trippy world. Music is a portal to trippymindstuff. And your senses are filled with triggers.

And last but not least, let's not get on the dark side, please. (Sometimes you have to but not today) You can avoid it with your mind power and do something that eases you. Aand, the flower of deep psychlic wisdom tells you the instructions and keeps you on the comfort zone, even after the main effects. The main effects can be a bit too much but you can handle it!
