Charlie was a D.J. on radio  in Memphis, Tennessee, back in the  1960's ,he  made this record at Sun records studio, when the war in Viet Nam was going on, i met him one night  at a night club where he was playing in Memphis, we talked for a long time,  i thought he was from Arkansas, i ask him why  he used  LittleRock in the song, he said it was the only town  that fit into the song,  he is a  real great guy.
