I have a bona fide passion for mixing beats. I'm not genre-exclusive by any means.  I've been in the scene since the glory days of the 90's. I never had a real interest in mixing but, while living in Key West, FL, a good friend recognized untapped talent in me to which I was blind. Furthermore, she introduced me to the world of mixing music and I never looked back. Fast forward about 15 years later here in 2021 & I feel as though I am now at the point where I can potentially make a career out of it. While I spin all styles of music, I prefer electronic music including Florida Breakbeats, Miami Bass, Vocal Trance,  Anthem Trance, Epic/Uplifting Trance, Progressive Trance, Techno, Tech House, Tribal House, Tribal Tech House, Progressive House, Big Room House, Funky House, Deep/Soulful House, Disco House and Bass House/G-House. I'm sure I'm missing a few but you get the gist. Oh, and living in the ATL, I can't forget Hip Hop. I'm pretty sure that's a prerequisite for DJ's in this city.....to be able to spin Hip Hop. My influences include DJ Paul Santana of Tampa, who I consider a personal friend, DJ Kre-8, DJ Debbie D, Lange, Above & Beyond/Oceanlab, DJ Peter Worth, DJ Icey, Baby Anne, Suzy Solar, Armin Van Buuren, Dash Berlin, Markus Schulz, Carl Cox, Erick Morillo (RIP), Rabbit in the Moon (Monk, Confucius & Bunny). Jackal & Hyde, JimitheGenius, Merlyn, Stryke, Josh Wink, Sandra Collins and the list could go on and on. I currently have no plans to produce Electronic Music. I've just found that I have the ability to read a crowd and select the track that always seems to get them moving. Then again, I never expected to be a DJ either so I hesitate to completely rule anything out. The music you hear is the edited recorded improvisation sessions we fall in love with doing. We did not plan this, it just sort of happened. WE started playing and fall in a well of magic. We'll never write down the music or rehearse what we remember for another performance, we simply always come up with new fresh material be completely completely creating new material on the top of our heads each time.  The sound of the recording is as raw and as close to the original sound in the room. 
We love doing this so much that by now we are about to release our first EP "The Conversations" ( summer 2016)

Just someone who has a love for Breaks (almost all breaks but specifically Florida and Louisiana Breaks and Vocal Breaks)...Electro...Trance...Drum&Bass...Dub (the original Dub that was around the Tampa scene from the 90's and early 2000's...not the new Dub that these kids think is the shit)...Trip-Hop...E-Hop...and a few others. Was HEAVILY involved (to put it lightly...no pun intended but pun intended) in the Tampa/Orlando scene from the late 80's thru around 2007 or so...until the scene changed or was forced to change...but this shit is in my blood!!! I guess like they say...Blood in...Blood out!!! Had an iconic and well known house in South Tampa that was called "The House On Stilts"...it was the only house in the subdivision that was up on stilts like a beach house. And if you were in the scene...odds are you've swung thru at some point for one or more of the parties...Lol!!! If so...hit me up and tell me about it...I love hearing the stories because MAN O' FUCKING MAN...THOSE WERE THE DAYS!!! Best times of my life...and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat...I mean breakbeat!!!

The ensemble slips right into the groove as if in disguise; the blend with the rhythm is perfect the baseline doesn't push or prod it settles back into the ebb and flow of everything else.
lyrics can be evocative without much fuss. The melodic line always pulls at the beat beneath it by carrying words over the bar, if is the only word sung on a proper downbeat during the verse are rhythmic overlays that do not  overdo the tension it merely strings it out to full effect. The syncopation ride out a different harmony that sway against the constant baseline. The changing cords cause a pleasurable tension in this fine musical culture applying just the right amount of pressure to bring harmony into place.
