The Planisphere of Dendera is one of the oldest astronomical messages left on the humanity by ancient Egyptian priests. Also known as the Dendera Zodiac or the Zodiac of Osiris (as it was dedicated to Osiris) and was located in the temple complex of Hathor in Dendera, a small town on the nile, close to Luxor.

The Dendera Zodiac is an ancient astronomical map which contains all the information needed to calculate the movement of Earth from one zodiac sign to another for approximately 30000 years, which corresponds to the axial precession cycle.

The ancient Egyptians knew well the secrets of precession and the basis of their calculations is the great year – 25,920 years. One astrological era is equal to 1/12 of the precession of Earth’s axis and corresponds to 2160 years.

The celestial arch is represented by a disc held up by four pillars of the sky in the form of women, between which are inserted falcon-headed spirits.

The four pairs of figures represent the cardinal points, while all twelve figures indicate the months. In the inner circle, the main fixed stars are shown for orientation, and the circle is divided into 36 deans, each resulting in an Egyptian week of ten days.

In this way the stars were observed and recorded over thousands of years, with incredible precision. These are known to us today as constellations, each one has its place in the sky and can be observed at a certain time.

Mauro Basso gives us a great pleasure with his first EP on Wildfang, after he already inspired with remixes and single tunes. Radius. Mathematically. Logical. This is also the impression of his EP, on which we can hear two originals as well as two remixes. 

The title song Radius is a very harmonic circle, with synthetic arps, leads and melodic, which leaves no space free in its functionality and gives a round thing. Cool housy basslines and a few dreamy ear candies invite you to drift around. 

One of the most sought-after melodic house tracks is our wildly debutant Rauschhaus, whose remix can only make you happy. Even more pressure than the original, a hypnotic structure and very rolling basslines bring a good portion of momentum. Rounded off with some acid, we get a great Rauschhaus mix. 

Another great collaboration is offered by one of the hosts, Ioanis, who once again delivers a fresh and cheeky number with his homeboy P-Que. Melodically diverse, the two drive the drop into the air, accompanied by tasty percussions and basses, while drifting over a rolling bassline. A breeze of psychedelic interludes refines their version of Radius.

Lupus shows up as a very deepe b side. Melodic, filled with action-packed synthesizers and a deep bassline. Also here a mixture of house chords and techno elements, which complete the track to a nice journey.

PillowTalk is more than a whispered chat before bed but is that groovy, soulful, electronic music band who have been gifting you songs from the heart since 2011. Born that summer in the Lower Haight District of San Francisco by original members Sammy Doyle, Michael Tello and Ryan Williams, and recently joined full time by longtime friend and collaborator Shane Duryea, their music fuses the sounds of classic R&B, boogie and disco with underground house and indie dance. 
						
These gentlemen are known for their hard work in the studio with releases out on Crew Love, Visionquest, Life & Death, Wolf + Lamb, Circus Company, Kompakt, Bang The Box, D-Edge, and remixes for Groove Armada, Kasper Bjork, DJ Tennis, HVOB, Laid Back, Soul Clap, W+L, Nick Monaco, Frivolous, Midnight Magic, Future Generations, Set Mo and Lonely Boy. With non-stop touring around the world, PillowTalk never ceases to surprise their listeners with classic edits and collaborations with artists such as: Ruede Hagelstein, DJ Tennis, Thugfucker, Deniz Kurtel, Tone Of Arc and Navid Izadi, just to name a few. 

2017 shined its bright light on their release, Black Paradise on Crew Love Records with the Italian duo, LowHeads. They also generated some eclectic, soulful, deep and acid remixes for Nick Monaco, B. Bravo and 2 Block Radius. 2018 is shaped up to be a huge year for the band with the launch of their own imprint, PillowTalk Music. The boys kicked things off with the first release, Hold Me Down, in December of 2017 and have another all original release, Been A Long Time, in February, before releasing All People, the follow up to the classic 2014 album Je Ne Sais Quoi, just in time for summer. About to kick off another worldwide tour in 2019, these boys are at it non-stop. 

The first PillowTalk album is the second highest selling album in Wolf + Lamb history next to Nicolas Jarr and their entire catalogue is constantly heard and found on all online streaming services worldwide. 

PillowTalk’s music is as much a soundtrack to long nights as it is to lazy days —there is something about each of their records that covers the span of living: sun-splashed jams, peak-time party tunes and low-lit moments of intimacy. This is music to suit all times, and that is what PillowTalk is all about. These artists realize that some of your deepest secrets are revealed whilst pillow talking and feel lucky enough to listen in.

P-Que: 
Is a dj & producer from the black forest, south Germany.
He startet to mix techno vinyl Sets in the late 90`s, near to the border of Swizerland. With DJ, producer & labelhead of AS USUAL rec „Bee Lincoln“ & the „PHOBIA“ team. He performed his skills at secret partys,open airs & afterhouers in the black forest region. Although he had gigs in clubs like the legendary techno club „Parkhaus“ in Kenzingen.
2004 P-Que went to Munich to learn the basics of electronic music at SAE (school of audio engeneering) .
He played Warm up gigs in clubs on the partymile  "Optimol Gelände"  for named artists like Thomas Schumacher or Marc de Pulse to name a few. Now he is producing his own electronic music & have collaborations with artists  around the globe.
