A harbinger of most things Techno that blossomed in the city and the country at large, he’s a master in the art of groove interlacing and boundary bending, crafting exhilarating sets that are irresistibly danceable and irreproachably approachable. The one we present here brings the exact same attention to execution and careful selection that put him up there with our greats and kept him throughout the ages. As a proper warm-up to our first ever Dekmantel Festival São Paulo 2017 adventure in February, we've asked five Brazilian locals for a mini mix-series we'll be hosting in the upcoming months.

Marcío Vermelho is known as a DJ with history of good taste and eclecticism. Vermelho has gained a large following in Brazil through the years and is resident of his party, ODD. As a huge fan of house and disco music, his style includes lots of genres, including house, disco, acid, italo and loads more. We're happy to have the talented Vermelho joining our São Paulo mini mix-series for already our third podcast. Heavy housing on this one, big tip!
