On top of a sweaty, salty, crusted night we are moving downwards over the top because we thought it is going a little over the top to stay here especially to have your say on everything – that it is more than just a testimony, that the material of the soundwitnesses should also have a certain poetic style and over the top elaboration. the combined realization and emotion sensors shall be slid over the top end of the top segment of the sound system and fixed with screws. choreographic insufficiencies are in some places overlaid or even saved by the personal charm of revelation or it`s spouse kitsch and by pleasant and non-violent humour, of which however is over the top ten in some places: the magnificent persistency and superb devotion, which oftentimes borders on grandeur and sublimity – mostly most over the top! Barbara Hofmann holds a residency in :// about blank. She is running nights for quite some time, she hosted radio shows and has organized all kind of events. Being part of collectives has shown her all sides of the meaning of self organized parties and reflects her passion for it. Pop was maybe the first strong influence that later driftet into punk and hardcore. The anarchic moment of straight repetitive drums were probably the initial moment to trigger her passion for house and techno which hasn´t stopped till today.

Mark is a Berlin-based DJ known for his eclectic and genre-defying sets. With a deep instinct for atmosphere and seamless transitions, he seamlessly blends elements from disco, deep house, techno, and electro with jazz fusion and space rock.

With over 30 years of experience in the European underground scene, Mark began his journey in the early '90s, playing at iconic venues such as Intensivstation in Cologne, Rheingold Saal in Düsseldorf, Doornroosje in Nijmegen, and Babylon in Mönchengladbach. In 1996, he co-founded the acclaimed Orleander DJ Team and launched the Orleander Urban Culture Network—a series of forward-thinking events that brought together international acts like Robert de La Gautier, Elbee Bad, Oliver Bondzio, Hans Nieswandt, and Highfish.

After relocating to Berlin, Mark continued to push musical boundaries with the legendary Klangspiel parties, curated alongside the Orleander Crew. These nights featured a dynamic mix of local and international DJs and live acts, including names such as Captain Comatose, Cassy, Seth Troxler, Matthew Dear, Isolée, Magda, and Tobias Neumann.

As a long-time resident DJ, Mark played a key role in shaping the musical identity of both Orleander and later Klangspiel. His taste, curation, and artistic direction were instrumental in developing the unique sound and atmosphere that defined both projects.

Throughout his career, Mark has remained committed to evolution and experimentation, consistently refusing to be confined by genre. His sets are crafted to move your body, mind, and soul—a holistic experience for true music lovers.
