We are excited to share with you the latest perception of Far Blue from an artist who we truly admire. Martinou has built a distinct sound, blending deep, atmospheric textures with intricate rhythms to form a soundscape that is both immersive and emotionally evocative. After having Martinou to play a closing set at Borisov for our Far Blue x Pintai event earlier this year, we could only look forward to the next time we would be able to share his music with you. An artist who truly pushes the boundaries with the tracks he produces and the mixes he puts together. 'ecotone' captures his essence of Far Blue, crafted entirely from his own creations.

"an ecotone is an area where two biological biomes meet and blend into each other. one biome may extend further into the other at one point and the lines can easily blur; where does one biome end and the other start? this is a recording of what i’ve come to uncover from my mind and record whilst in my innermost haven. like the ecotone, the music is always flowing, ever changing."

"Synthetic Ruins" to podróż przez industrialne ruiny futurystycznego świata, w którym cyfrowe glitchy, minimalne bity i hipnotyczne, trippy rytmy tworzą mroczną, a zarazem wciągającą atmosferę. Każdy utwór zanurza słuchacza w przestrzenne brzmienia, które balansują na granicy chaosu i porządku, zanurzając w złamanych rytmach i przesterowanych, mechanicznych teksturach. Zawiera elementy klasycznego, surowego techno z minimalizmem, a także glitchowe przesunięcia tempa, które podkreślają dynamiczną dezintegrację dźwięku.

Fragmented Core – A deep dive into fractured beats and digital noise, setting the tone for chaos, with distorted kicks and glitchy interferences.
Rust Circuit – Industrial growls and mechanical rhythm create an unsettling atmosphere, with dirty, distorted basses and metallic hits.
Data Corruption – A glitchy rhythm section wrapped in dissonant digital textures, irregular rhythms, and digital artifacts.
Echoes of Steel – Metallic echoes reverberate through a desolate, steel-laden soundscape, with industrial reverbs and spatial synthesizers.
System Malfunction – Disrupted pulses and distorted samples invoke a sense of chaos, featuring aggressive sample cuts and glitchy tempo shifts.

Blackout Protocol – The underground rumbles, with raw warehouse techno energy and a dark bassline.
Synthetic Ruins – The title track, full of deconstruction and raw textures, a journey into decayed sounds and fractured structures.
Malware Transmission – Cyberspace chaos, glitching through intense rhythms and broken structures, with a cybernetic groove and chaotic rhythms.
Entropy Drift – A final descent into glitch, with deep atmospheres, shifting tempos, and hypnotic details.
