Bradbee has been fascinated by music from his earliest years. As a kid he spent most of his time listening to music and recording songs from the radio, trying to mix them together on his parents’ tape deck. At the age of 15, his mom (!) took him with some friends to their first big indoor festival, '4elements' in Rotterdam (NL). Seeing legends like Tiesto, Michel de Hey and Junkie XL playing their music for a hysterical crowd, made an unforgettable impression. Since then he knew he wanted to become a dj.
Bradbee started with playing trance music at birthday parties and in local youth centres, and at the age of 19 he played his first gigs in Noordwijk. Soon he was playing in clubs all over the Netherlands such as Marcanti, Studio 80, Rembrandt etc..
Over the years, his taste in music gradually changed: trance music wasn't satisfying for him anymore and he started playing more progressive and tech house. After an intentional pause in dj‑ing for several years, he was invited to play at the Graanschuur in Breda. He instantly was hooked again, the energy of the crowd had woken his old passion. From then on, Bradbee invested all his time getting back to the scene. His present sound is much more mature, and can be described as melodic progressive with influences of tech house and techno. In his sets he always tells a story, taking the crowd on a journey through the different aspects of his sound.
