Refiloe Digoamaye (AKA Ta_Ref) found his creative outlet through the art of DJing, a journey that began with his Pioneer DDJ Controller in his bedroom. Drawing inspiration from the diverse sounds of Johannesburg's underground scene, he started shaping his unique sonic palette. He gains inspiration from his years collecting and listening to a wide range of music from underground hip hop artists such as MF Doom to Dub Techno legends such as Thor. His mixes seamlessly blend the atmospheric allure of dub techno with the rhythmic nuances of deep house, creating a sonic journey that captivates listeners.
