There's not much that can make a lukewarm pie much better, but here's a little funky set that was aired at the Tasmanian branch on April 1st, 2023.

Re:Circulation is a new mix series which will feature older tunes that either never made it onto a Body&Soul mix, or classics that did but I want to revisit and revive them by mixing them with different tracks, and also there will be a few new tunes (mostly when none of the tunes in my library will fit!). Circulation was the first Body&Soul mix, so the title seemed fitting lol. I have a good bit of tunes that just didn't fit in (it's the land of misfit tunes!) and kind of got left on the backburner, but they're great tunes, so they aren't "rejects". FYI! This time around I also included some older tunes that were recently re-released on a comp (tunes I missed originally). Enjoy the mix. The challenge: just for some fun, ive only used tracks from two absolute units in the techno/EDM realm right now, so Ive chosen to appreciate Mr Jay Lumen for his explororative and interstellar take on a modern techno sound I love right now. Paired beautifully with the tougher, raw and driving forces being written by the lovely Ms Mha Iri.

Chill Out Gardens  | Boom Festival 2016

So, here's my set from the Chillout Gardens at #Boomfestival 2016. So exciting to play there for the first time, a beautiful and crazy experience..!  This was a 12:00 - 14:00 set in the crazy sunshine (shaded..) for some context.. :) Also, in the interests of openness, this is a backup of my set, as I couldn't record the actual set, due to technical issues (and even had to rely on this backup at times). Still, it all come out OK and we shared a magical 2 hours....!! I hope you can find some of that magic here... X

We have this beautifully delicate opportunity to live, love, and express, and it is our duty to seek our potential through all of our connections, words, thoughts, and actions.  I am learning to release attachment, surrender expectation, and accept things as they are, and i'd like to reflect that through my music.  So with this offering, this music is no longer "mine" but belongs to anyone who may find it useful in aiding growth, joy, dance, introspection, flow, love-making, intra and interpersonal connection, and any other facet of your life.

Hey friends!

Stoked to present you with my set from Hyperbole/Octopus Garden on burn night this year. This mix is jam packed with unreleased tunes from my new 14-track full length album, The World That You Know, which is extremely close to fruition, and a couple remixes of a couple good dudes @Sixis-3 and @Bogtrotter. Hailing from Nice, France, Peter Gldx aka MARTOPETER is one of the most promising psybreaks/tech-funk producers in the modern breaks scene. He had started making Tribal Techno/Hard Techno live sets in 2002 influenced by the Free Party movement in south of France.  Around 2009, after producing some drum and bass and break’n’tech live sets, he shifted to the breakbeat sound – more specifically to the psybreaks style. He started releasing stuff back in the early 2011 and since then he never looked back.

MartOpetEr received recognition and managed to build a strong profile in the scene after releasing “Acid Rain” on VIM records and “Soldier of Sound“ on Divergence Records, both of which achieved substantial success on the charts.
From then on, he had a series of top notch releases for Broken Robot Records, V.I.M. Breaks, Divergence Records, LOT49, In Bloom Recordings, Logariddim Records, Yellowfinger, Dirty Drops, Breakz R Boss, Sub Element Recordings and Raveart Records, and much more ...

MartOpetEr continues to push his powerful yet atmospheric sound to new frontiers, while gaining a considerable following in the process. As his razor sharp, chest thumping basslines consume the dancefloor, hardly anyone can resist moving their bodies to the intoxicating vibes of the psychedelic guru.
