dj liminal is a DJ who drowned his ego in liminal spaces. All that's left of him is love and the sounds of what he once felt.
Before he was born dj liminal was a techno DJ, and one day after his set he noticed a strange corridor that led to an unknown place. Curiosity took over and dj liminal decided to explore this corridor.
After passing through the corridor, dj liminal found himself in a liminal space, a kind of purgatory where he was stuck. It was a strange and uninhabited place, full of emptiness and silence. Here dj liminal found a lot of musical instruments that made strange sounds, creating a unique atmosphere.
dj liminal decided to stay in liminal space and continue to create his music. He learned how to use the instruments and sounds of this place to create new and unique compositions. His music became even deeper and more emotional.
However, dj liminal realized that he was stuck in liminal space and would not be able to return to the real world.
He continued to create and share his music with others, broadcasting it through a homemade receiver, hoping that one day someone could find him and free him from this strange world.

Трек, изначально задуман как холодный лоу-фай хаус, прошел значительную трансформацию. «Одичала» теперь представляет собой сочетание фрагментированных ритмов и текстурных синтезаторов. Благодаря этому в композиции сохраняется чувство меланхоличной свободы, окутанной атмосферой sci-fi.
 В процессе преобразования лоу-фай звучания в экспериментальную электронную оболочку, идея сотрудничества с efroww приняла совершенно новые и неожиданные формы.

The track, originally conceived as a cold lo-fi house, has undergone a significant transformation. "Одичала" now represents a blend of fragmented rhythms and textured synthesizers. As a result, the composition retains a sense of melancholic freedom, enveloped in a sci-fi atmosphere.
 During the process of transforming the lo-fi sound into an experimental electronic shell, the idea of collaboration with efroww took on completely new and unexpected forms.

Introducing a new single from KIKOK's upcoming release “Slow Crunch” - a remix of the track 'Lovely Grinch' by Lyudmila Severtseva.

Luda is a producer and DJ who makes minimalistic bass music with releases on Genot Center, Edited Arts, Internetghetto, Raw Russian, Depth of Sky, Fuselab, Hyperboloid Records.

Luda shared her experience of working on the track:
"In general, it's quite hard for me to do remixes, so I rarely take it on - it's an exhausting process for me, I always want to cheat somehow and take the easiest way. Although de facto I want to add something of my own to someone's track (minimalistic, characteristic for me), keeping the basis of the track. 

I didn't aim to reconstruct the track based on loops, I made my own interpretation of the original composition. I liked the breakbeat in Grinch, so I took the structure/soul of the track - the breakbeat part - as the basis of the remix.

Emotionally, I divided the track into 2 parts: in the first one, the mental problem is highlighted, tormented by it, trying to understand, and in the second one, the solution is found and catharsis covers it.

That is, wading together with the “hero” through the impenetrable emptiness / emptiness, the narrative in the middle of the track develops with a lot of emotions that suddenly creep up and cover the entire substance of the track as well as the essence of our ‘character’“.”
