  Matthew Murrie - His artist name is Dj TankTop, a name that stuck due to a sunburn. He purchased his  first set of  turntables a little over 6 years ago, and has been in love with the craft ever since. He takes his music and performances very seriously, and strives to learn new techniques behind the decks and inside of the industry. The energy he brings to any booth or stage is in unique form - no gimmicks. Only pure passion and emotion are fueling his captivating sets.  
 Being well rounded in playing many genres makes him adaptable to most venues, events, and Dj booths..... Electro, Fidget, 4x4 Jack House/Bassline   Drumstep,Dub Step, Drum and Bass, Trap, Trance, Tech House,House, and some older Techno and Progressive Trance are all his specialties. The music I spin is very high energy, and blended to create an elevated feel to grab the crowd, and keep them dancing and grooving the entire time of booth occupancy. Growing up just outside Detroit, he was shaped by a rhythm-first culture where function mattered more than flash. Time behind the decks came before the studio, and that instinct still leads his production. The goal is simple: tracks that move people and hold attention without overthinking it.

After years of chasing the scene and burning out, sobriety reset everything. Focus sharpened, priorities shifted, and long nights moved into the studio. That clarity shows up in the music — more restraint, more patience, more weight behind each idea.

With releases out now and more planned through 2025, Jus Ron continues refining a sound that stays underground in spirit but hits hard on big systems. Always building, always moving forward.
