Didn't I is an infectious groover from Ascendants and Willaa. We've been playing it in sets for nearly a year, and are finally proud to release it alongside an eclectic and well-rounded group of remixes from Kyle Zuck, Tromme, Nico Crespo, and Renegade Masters from NYC! The catchy sing-along vocals lead the track, backed by groovy subs that keep the crowd bouncing throughout the play. Kyle Zuck’s bouncy remix keeps the soul of the track while taking the groove to another dimension. Tromme’s hard-hitting remix leans into the melody then flips it on it’s head for our favorite of the drops. Nico Crespo’s remix balances out the EP with a stripped down version with his signature style that keeps a strong sub bass groove, hold on tight for that second drop! Finally, the Renegade Masters remix rounds out the collection perfectly with a more mellow and melodic take, perfect for night drives.

All in all we’re incredibly proud to release this music! Stay tuned to hear these tracks peppered throughout our sets in 2020.

The Flamingo Boys have been playing shows together around the bay area for the last few years. Before that they were basement dwellers collecting music of all genres and refining their DJing and Production skill. The Flamingo boys started going to parties with an aspiration to share their love of electronic with the masses. They have quickly become a staple of the bay area underground culture predominantly playing funky tech house and low end breaks. They have been making waves all last year, dropping new originals on notable labels such as Admit One, Brash Beats,OFDM, and House of Bangerz. It doesn't seem like they are slowing down anytime soon. The Flamingo Boys stay unique with heavy distorted basslines and crazy psychedelic leads creating entrancing atmospheres keeping dancfloors moving all night.
