ZZ Top and Sunset Blvd. together at last! David Bowie in a diving bell, Ed and Norma in love, Richard in trouble, and Dougie and Margaret in states of change, it’s Part 15 and it’s got it all. We open with a discussion about sound and dissociation in Twin Peaks before we dive into the episode and finish with an interview with Jake Wardle, actual Freddie Sykes himself! All this an commentary that has been described as "detailed".

Halfway through the episode Andy refers to the origins of Judy and refers to this very interesting 2009 article from John Thorne: https://abovethestore.blogspot.com.au/2009/04/judy-judy-judy.html

Finally, Andy is TOTALLY WRONG when he says that he remembers Leland Palmer referring to The Robertson's living above a convenience store at Pearl Lakes. Andy got confused with MIKE'S story about the convenience store and Leland's reference to the Robertsons living in a cabin. He apologises for any trouble caused by this.

Twin Peaks The Return: Part 15, and an interview with Jake Wardle

Is Part 16 the first installment of The Return that gives us more answers than questions? Bismuth Hoban joins us on the journey from a highway to a dancefloor for a narrative that goes into hyperdrive. The son goes into the trap, the tulpa goes out the window and more than one person wakes up after a long time away. All this and commentary that's been described as “stellar” and “great”.

Twin Peaks The Return: Part 16, with Bismuth Hoban

For the final episode of 2018 we'll share an interview with casting director Johanna Ray. Johanna has worked with David Lynch on all of his projects since the filming of Blue Velvet, in 1985, including Twin Peaks and Twin Peaks Season 3. In the interview, Johanna is very forthcoming about her fascinating career and about the 2019 film The Happy Worker, directed by Twin Peaks editor and sometime director Duwayne Dunham, and executive produced by David Lynch.
