My jamz.  A hobby and creative outlet of mine.  Although it's mostly for fun I put in quite a lot of effort and time to make these songs. 
I currently use Logic Pro 9 with a few other plug-ins.

Music, to me, is the idea of being able to take a series of individual pitches, rhythms, voicings, ideas, sounds, effects, and tone qualities, and getting them to mesh together in an intelligent, logical, and audibly satisfying way.

I don't want to state that any genre or style of music is ever better than any other; I want to state that every genre has a set musical uniquities in it that makes it beautiful in its own way.

2005-2009 (age 11-15): Thousands of hours spent on my dad's synthesizer without any formal training of anything music related. I consider myself to have actually started playing the piano at age 12.

2010 (age 16): I picked up the guitar. (Once again, self taught).

2011 (age 17): I started incorporating singing with the guitar + piano. And began VERY SERIOUSLY working on improving my techno/electronica-based music and started working on my first album.

2012 (age 18): Precursor was released. This is the first mark I've made with my music, my first accomplishment. Albeit not an amazing album by any measure, I am proud of some of its tracks. The name Precursor is only meant as an implication that it marks the hopeful start of my music making career and that I will make much more in the years to come.

As a kid, Butterfly Crash started producing music on a Commodore C64 in the mid 90s. Since then, he has continuously developed his skills and is now a master of his craft. Inspired by various elements, he produces not only Dubstep and Drum & Bass, but also Techno, Ambient, Soundtracks, and experimental music.
